Закупівля Товару для автотранспортних засобів Замовника здійснюється безпосередньо на автозаправних станціях учасника (постачальника) (далі – АЗС) за талонами учасника (постачальником) (далі – Талони). Заправка автотранспортних засобів замовника … бензином А-95 та дизельним паливом повинна здійснюватися на запропонованих учасником (постачальником) АЗС за Талонами цілодобово. Місце поставки Талонів: за місцезнаходженням АЗС учасника по місту Дніпро. Відпуск Товару здійснюється за Талонами по літражу, за потребою замовника. Талони мають бути єдиного зразка для всієї мережі АЗС, яка заявлена учасником (постачальником), номіналом 10 л та 20 л. Поставка Талонів на Товар від учасника (постачальника) замовнику здійснюється одноразово на весь обсяг даної закупівлі. Товар (партія Товару) має бути поставлена в відповідності із вимогами замовника щодо кількості та асортименту, вказаним у Специфікації до договору, не пізніше 15 робочих днів з дати підписання Договору. Талони повинні мати термін дії не менше 12 місяців з дня їх видачі замовнику з можливістю за погодженням сторін подовження терміну дії талонів на термін не менше одного місяця. Учасник (постачальник) повинен мати розгалужену систему АЗС (власних, орендованих, партнерських) по Україні, зокрема у м. Дніпро, на яких можна здійснити розрахунок талонами, виданими учасником.
