Description:

Оплата за Договором здійснюється Покупцем у розмірі 100% Ціни Договору, протягом 3 (трьох) робочих днів з дати підписання Акту приймання-передачі програмної продукції Cisco (далі - Акт), який надається Постачальником Покупцю, у строки, визначені в Договорі. Оплата здійснюється Покупцем на підставі підписаного Сторонами Акту. Сума розрахунків за Програмну продукцію змінюється у випадку зміни (збільшення або зменшення) офіційного курсу гривні до долара США, встановленого Національним банком України на 10 год. 00 хв. дати підписання Акту Сторонами більш, ніж на 3 % (три відсотки), по відношенню до офіційного курсу гривні до долара США, встановленого Національним банком України на 10 год. 00 хв. дати кінцевого строку подання тендерних пропозицій.
