Голка для спінальної анестезії (0,35х88 мм, G29х3 ½ дюйма, тип Квінке)

1) За результатами закупівлі укладається Договір (додається до цього запиту) відповідно до редакції Замовника. 2) СПОСІБ (УМОВИ) ПОСТАВКИ: Поставка Товару здійснюється згідно з правилами INCOTERMS в редакції 2010 р. на умовах DDP за місцем знаходженням … Замовника – за рахунок Постачальника. Розвантаження товару здійснюється власними силами Постачальника. 3) УМОВИ ОПЛАТИ: Розрахунок за поставлений Товар здійснюється в розмірі 100 % упродовж 30 (тридцяти) календарних днів з дати поставки Товару на адресу Замовника на підставі наданого оригіналу видаткової накладної та/або акта про прийняття - передання Товару. Розрахунки за цим Договором здійснюються в національній валюті України гривні у безготівковій формі шляхом перерахування належних до сплати сум коштів на поточний рахунок Постачальника, що вказаний у цьому Договорі. 4) НК 024:2023- 35212 - Голка спінальна одноразового застосування
