Вугілля кам’яне, Г (Г1) (13-25), ДСТУ 7146 та ДСТУ 3472, 1 тонна 1. Якісні, технологічні та фізико-механічні показники вугілля, що є предметом даної закупівлі, в тому числі показники виходу летких речовин, повинні відповідати вимогам передбаченим згідно … ДСТУ 7146:2015 та ДСТУ 3472:2015 для вугілля. Розмір куска (фракції) - 13-25 мм; Зольність на сухий стан палива - не більше 13%; Загальна волога на робочий стан палива - не більше 12%; Нижча теплота згорання на робочий стан палива - не менше 5 800 ккал/кг Кількість – 48,720 т. 2. Строк поставки Товару: протягом 3 робочих днів після отримання письмової заявки від Покупця, але не пізніше 31.10.2023р. Допускається дострокова поставка Товару за погодженням Сторонами. 3. Місце поставки Товару: 73034, Херсонська область, м. Херсон, вул. Вишнева, буд. 12, склад АРЗ СП. 4. Поставка Товару здійснюється у герметично зашитих поліпропіленових мішках для захисту від вологи, вагою не більше 40 кг. 5. На кожну поставлену партію Товару, Постачальник передає Замовнику видаткову накладну та/або акт приймання-передачі Товару, а також копію посвідчення про якість Товару, завірену Постачальником. 6. Розрахунок здійснюється Замовником у національній валюті України - гривні, шляхом перерахування безготівкових грошових коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Постачальника за фактично поставлений Товар у термін, що не перевищує 7 (сім) банківських днів з моменту отримання розрахункових документів (видаткової накладної, рахунку на оплату та акту приймання-передачі) від Постачальника. 7. В ціну товару включено постачання, навантаження, зважування, транспортування, розвантажування Товару в складські приміщення Замовника. Фінансові витрати за поставку товару повністю несе Постачальник, у тому числі пересилання документів (договори, видаткові накладні, рахунки, тощо).
