Папір офісний, форматний. Поставка Товару здійснюється впродовж 20 (двадцяти) календарних днів від дати підписання Сторонами Договору, але не пізніше ніж 31.12.2023 року. Місце поставки (передачі) Продавцем Товару Покупцю є: Україна, 18001, м. Черкаси, … вул.Верхня Горова, 29, Черкаський апеляційний суд. Транспортування Товару до місця поставки організовує та сплачує Продавець, а вартість цього включається до ціни Товару за цим Договором. Передача Товару Покупцю здійснюється на підставі видаткової накладної на отримання товарно-матеріальних цінностей. Датою передачі Товару є дата оформлення та підписання уповноваженими представниками обох Сторін видаткової накладної на Товар. Право власності та ризик випадкового знищення Товару переходить до Покупця одночасно з передачею Продавцем Товару.
