Предмет закупівлі: 09130000-9 Нафта і дистиляти (09134200-9 Дизельне паливо (Євро 5), налив) Найменування товару: Дизельне паливо (Євро 5), налив Кількість товару: 70 000 літрів. Очікувана вартість закупівлі: 3 465 000,00 грн. з ПДВ. Строк поставки … товару: Товар повинний бути поставлений до 31.12.2023 року згідно заявок Замовника. Умови поставки: - Поставка товару здійснюється сертифікованим транспортом Учасника за рахунок учасника. - Поставка товару наливом здійснюється окремими партіями по мірі необхідності. Одноразова поставка може бути від 8,0 т до 16,0 т за попереднім погодженням Сторін. - Товар доставляється наливом на підставі заявок замовника протягом не пізніше 2-х календарних днів від дати заявки замовника. - Кожна партія палива, що вводиться в обіг або перебуває в обігу, повинна мати документ про якість палива (паспорт якості, тощо). Місце поставки: 21001, Вінницька обл., м. Вінниця, вул. Євгена Коновальця, буд.6. Порядок здійснення оплати: Оплата за поставлений товар здійснюється на підставі видаткової накладної за рахунок коштів Державного бюджету України за безготівковим розрахунком шляхом їх перерахування на рахунок Постачальника протягом 30-ти днів від дати постачання Товару. У разі затримки відповідного бюджетного фінансування, розрахунок за поставлений товар здійснюється протягом 7 (сім) банківських днів з дати отримання Замовником на свій реєстраційний рахунок бюджетного призначення на фінансування закупівлі. Будь-які штрафні санкції до Замовника в такому разі не застосовуються. Обсяги закупівлі Товару можуть бути зменшено залежно від реального фінансування видатків Замовника із внесенням відповідних змін до договору. Вартість товару повинна враховувати витрати на доставку (разом із навантаженням, розвантаженням, перевезенням та іншими супутніми послугами) до місця складування Замовника: м. Вінниця, вул. Коновальця Євгена, буд.6) та інші витрати (страхування, зберігання, сплата митних тарифів, тощо), в тому числі, сплату податків і зборів, що сплачуються або мають бути сплачені Постачальником. Не врахована Постачальником вартість окремих супутніх послуг, необхідних для здійснення постачання Товару, не сплачується Замовником окремо, а витрати на їх виконання повинні враховуватися у загальній ціні Товару.
