1) Якість поставленої продукції повинна відповідати технічним вимогам ДСТУ. 2) Поставка здійснюється шляхом заправки транспортних засобів Замовника за адресою АЗС Учасника (постачальника) за паливною карткою. Граничний термін дії паливної картки має … становити не менше 12 місяців від дня отримання. 3) Учасник (постачальник) повинен мати не менше однієї АЗС (власна, орендована, АЗС партнерів, тощо) на території м. Вознесенськ в радіусі не більше 5,0 км від місця для стоянки транспортних засобів Замовника (Виробнича база Вознесенського МУВГ - Миколаївська обл., м. Вознесенськ, вул. Київська, 250). 4) Товар видається Замовнику частково (товарними партіями), шляхом завантаження в автомобільний транспорт Замовника з резервуарів АЗС Учасника. 5) Обсяги закупівлі Товару можуть бути зменшені залежно від реального фінансування видатків.
