978566-33140000-839586-425746299; 628737-33140000-839586-425746299 1) За результатами закупівлі укладається Договір (додається до цього запиту) відповідно до редакції Замовника. 2) СПОСІБ (УМОВИ) ПОСТАВКИ: Поставка Товару здійснюється згідно з правилами … INCOTERMS в редакції 2010 р. на умовах DDP за місцем знаходженням Замовника – за рахунок Постачальника. Розвантаження товару здійснюється власними силами Постачальника. Поставка Товару може здійснюватись окремими партіями та в строк, визначений Замовником у заявці на поставку Товару, направленій Замовником Постачальнику. 3) УМОВИ ОПЛАТИ: Розрахунок за поставлений Товар здійснюється в розмірі 100 % упродовж 30 (тридцяти) календарних днів з дати поставки Товару на адресу Замовника на підставі наданого оригіналу видаткової накладної та/або акта про прийняття - передання Товару. Розрахунки за цим Договором здійснюються в національній валюті України гривні у безготівковій формі шляхом перерахування належних до сплати сум коштів на поточний рахунок Постачальника, що вказаний у цьому Договорі. 4) НК 024:2023- 37468 - Дзеркало вагінальне одноразового використання
