Тест-смужки для визначення глюкози крові GlucoDr для структурних підрозділів КНП "Білопільський ЦПМД" на території Ворожбянської ОТГ та Річківської ОТГ.( далі Товар). Товар повинен бути поставлений на підставі письмової заявки. В разі відсутності … необхідного асортименту та кількості товару, Постачальник повідомляє про це Замовника протягом 1 доби з дня одержання заявки.Товар поставляється автотранспортом Постачальника, або іншим зручним для обох Сторін способом. Замовник проводить оплату одержаного товару протягом семи календарних днів з дня одержання товару шляхом перерахування грошових коштів на р/рахунок Постачальника. За домовленістю між Сторонами термін оплати може бути продовжений до тридцяти календарних днів або до надходження фінансування.
