Розрахунок за Товар здійснюється за умови відповідного бюджетного фінансування на рахунок Покупця відповідно до статі 49 Бюджетного кодексу України, постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 09 червня 2021 року № 590 «Про затвердження Порядку виконання Державною казначейською службою в особливому режимі в умовах воєнного стану», шляхом перерахування Покупцем грошових коштів на поточний рахунок Продавця протягом 10 (десяти) робочих днів, з дати підписання Сторонами видаткової накладної. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування, розрахунок за Товар здійснювати протягом 10 (десяти) робочих днів з дати отримання Покупцем на свій реєстраційний рахунок бюджетного фінансування на закупівлю за вказаним напрямом. Затримка бюджетного фінансування не вважається порушенням умов Договору зі сторони Покупця.
