Строк придатності товару повинен становити не менше 90% від терміну зберігання даного виду товару з дня поставки його на склад Замовника. Розрахунок за товар … здійснюється лише після його фактичного отримання Покупцем на підставі належним чином оформлених рахунків-фактур та видаткових накладних Продавця впродовж 10 (десяти) банківських днів з моменту отримання товару та відповідних документів, що є підставою для оплати. Підставою для проведення оплати вважається рахунок-фактуру та видаткову накладну Продавця. Передача товару Продавцем проводиться протягом двох діб з моменту отримання заявки Покупця в телефонному чи у будь-якому вигляді. З кожною партією товару Продавець зобов’язаний надавати товаросупровідну документацію в порядку, що передбачено вимогами чинного законодавства України
