Дана закупівля здійснюється із застосуванням електронної системи закупівель (веб-порталу Уповноваженого органу у сфері публічних закупівель), у … тому числі, функціоналу, передбаченого для проведення спрощених закупівель, і згідно з внутрішнім порядком проведення закупівель та відповідними рішеннями акціонера ПрАТ «КЕЗ «Транссигнал» - АТ «Укрзалізниця», але в будь-якому випадку не підпадає під дію Закону.
