Побутовий споживач використовує електричну енергію виключно на власні побутові потреби, у тому числі для освітлення, живлення електроприладів тощо, що не включає професійну або господарську діяльність. Обсяги закупівлі товарів (електричної енергії) можуть бути зменшені з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків Споживача.
