Якість Товару повинна відповідати чинним державним (національним) стандартам України та має підтверджуватися: або протоколом випробування, або сертифікатом якості, або посвідченням про якість, або іншим документом, що підтверджує якість Товару щодо … кожної партії. Показники якості повинні бути наступними: вугілля кам’яне марки ДГ (13-100) зольністю не більше, ніж 14 %, вологістю не більше, ніж 14%, розмір фракції – 13-100 мм. Строк поставки товару: до 31 серпя 2023 р. Постачальником за власний рахунок з урахуванням витрат пов’язаних з транспортуванням до місця призначення, навантаженням, розвантаженням, за адресою: 12523 Житомирська обл.,Коростишівський р-н, с. Кмитів, пул. Покровська, буд.42Оплата здійснюється Покупцем за фактично отриманий належної якості Товар шляхом безготівкового переказу коштів на поточний рахунок Постачальника, вказаний у даному Договорі, протягом 10 банківських днів після підписання уповноваженими представниками Сторін видаткової накладної.
