Термін дії придбаних талонів – не менш ніж 12 міс. з дати укладання договору. Постачання товару партіями. АЗС Учасника (власні, орендовані чи партнерські) в межах Красноградського району, розташовані на відстані не більше 8 кілометрів від місця розташування Замовника (вул. Покровська,82, м. Красноград, Харківська обл.).
