Учасник визначає ціну з урахуванням усіх своїх витрат, податків і зборів, що сплачуються або мають бути сплачені, у тому числі на транспортування до місця передачі товару. Розрахунки за товар здійснюються у безготівковій формі у національній валюті … України - гривні, за рахунок коштів місцевого бюджету, шляхом перерахування Замовником грошових коштів на рахунок Постачальника згідно видаткової накладної. Замовник зобов’язується оплатити товар протягом 20 (двадцяти) робочих днів після фактичного отримання товару від Постачальника. Місце поставки - об'єкт Замовника згідно заявки; термін поставки - серпень 2023 р. Доставка Товару до місця постачання здійснюється Учасником повністю за його рахунок (з врахуванням маркування товару, вартості тари, вантажних робіт тощо). Всі зобов’язання по укладанню транспортних договорів з перевізниками (відправниками), по найму транспортних засобів, тощо покладено виключно на Учасника. Розвантаження Учасник здійснює своїми силами.
