Explanation

Згідно Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» , з метою організації закупівлі за предметом ДК 021:2015 - 33190000-8 - Медичне обладнання та вироби медичного призначення різні, а саме : Система для вливання крові та кровозамінників (ПК) з металевою з’єднувальною голкою, 18G, Luer Lok було оголошено закупівлю на очікувану суму 11000грн, ідентифікатор закупівлі UA-2023-07-26-005698-a, найбільш економічну цінову пропозицію запропонувало ТОВ «Ігар», яким було надано згоду на визнання їх переможцями, проте після надання згоди ТОВ «Ігар», надіслали лист –повідомлення б/н від 01.08.2023року, в якому зазначили, що їхню цінову пропозицію вважати недійсною. Технічно дану функцію не можливо здійснити на майданчику ДЗО, в зв’язку з цим, згідно ст.30 Закону необхідно відмінити процедуру закупівлі по причині неможливості усунення виявлених порушень законодавства у сфері публічних закупівель.
