Замкова ,4.Учасник повинен мати АЗС на території м.Дубно та по всій території України.Поставка товару здійснюється протягом поточного року згідно поданої заявки. Відпуск товару здійснюється шляхом … надання скретч-карток на пальне номіналом 10,20 літрів, дія яких поширюється по всій території України.Строк дії талонів не менше 1 року з моменту їх отримання з гарантією обміну нереалізованих скретч-карток на скретч -картки з новим строком дії.Учасник має забезпечити відпуск товару (фактичну заправку автотранспорту Замовника) через АЗС безперервно та цілодобово,за винятком випадків,коли роботу АЗС припинено внаслідок технічної перерви,абодії форс-мажорних обставин.Товар повинен бути обов'язково сертифікований та відповідати вимогам ДСТУ. Замовник здійснює оплату за товар в безготівковому порядку за фактом його постачання. Датою здійснення будь-яких платежів Замовника є дата списання відповідних коштів з розрахункового рахунку .
