1. Бензин А-95 +, підвищеної якості - талони. 2. Строк дії талонів складає не менше 5 (п'яти) місяців з дати укладання Договору. Талони на пальне мають бути єдиного зразка (єдиного бренду) Учасника та мати ступені захисту. 3. Поставка талонів здійснюється … одноразово. 4. Поставка талонів здійснюється протягом 2-х (двух) діб з моменту отримання заявки Замовника за адресою: 01601, Україна , м. Київ, вул. Володимирська, будинок 42, 2 поверх. 5. Дія талонів розповсюджується на всій території України цілодобово, на всіх АЗС (АЗК) Учасника. 6. Мережа АЗС (АЗК), що обслуговує талони Учасника, повинна бути розташована у м. Києві з обов'язковою наявністю АЗС (АЗК) у кожному з 10-ти районів м. Києва. 7. Умови оплати: розрахунки за Договором здійснюються в національній валюті України шляхом перерахування коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Учасника з відстрочкою платежу до 10 банківських днів з моменту отримання талонів та належних чином оформлених Учасником видаткових документів.
