Електрична енергія

При поданні своєї пропозиції маржа учасника/постачальника розраховується за наступною формулою: Маржа постачальника = Ціна переможця за 1 кВт⋅год - БЦ за 1 кВт⋅год, де БЦ за 1 кВт⋅год за червень місяць 2023р. та складає 4,082064 грн. (з ПДВ) Маржа … постачальника– норма прибутку, яка не підлягає зміні протягом дії Договору 2. Пунктом 66 постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 14.09.2020 № 822 «Про затвердження Порядку формування та використання електронного каталогу» визначено, що замовник укладає договір про закупівлю з переможцем відбору не пізніше ніж через 10 календарних днів з дня отримання від переможця відбору повідомлення щодо наміру укласти договір про закупівлю. Договір про закупівлю між замовником та переможцем відбору укладається відповідно до вимог законодавства. Умови договору про закупівлю не повинні відрізнятися від умов, визначених у замовленні/запиті ціни пропозицій в електронному каталозі. Отже, враховуючи вищевикладене, учасник, беручи участь у даному запиті цінової пропозиції надає повну і беззаперечну згоду з усіма умовами договору про постачання електричної енергії споживачу та підтверджує можливість виконання всіх умов договору. Спосіб поставки Товару -відповідно до Закону України «Про ринок електричної енергії», Правил роздрібного ринку електричної енергії, затверджених постановою Національної комісії, що здійснює державне регулювання у сферах енергетики та комунальних послуг від 14.03.2018 року № 312. Оплата поставленої електричної енергії за цим Договором здійснюється Споживачем відповідно до статті 49 Бюджетного кодексу України протягом 15 (п’ятнадцяти) банківських днів з моменту підписання сторонами Акту купівлі-продажу електричної енергії за відповідний розрахунковий період. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування розрахунок за електроенергію здійснюється протягом 15 (п’ятнадцяти) банківських днів з дати отримання Споживачем бюджетного призначення на фінансування оплати поставленої електроенергії на свій реєстраційний рахунок
