Строк поставки Товару: після укладання Договору, протягом 7 робочих днів з дати … отримання Заявки Замовника, але не пізніше 31.08.2023 року. 3. Поставка товару здійснюється за рахунок Постачальника з дотриманням вимог до зберігання та транспортування товару. Постачальник поставляє товар разом з усією відповідною документацією на товар. 4. Проєкт договору додається.

Враховуючи те, що під час проведення запиту ціни пропозицій переможцем відбору запропоновано для постачання товар, технічні характеристики якого не відповідають наявним потребам замовника та наявний факт неукладення договору про закупівлю із переможцем відбору, потрібно прийняти рішення про відміну запиту ціни пропозицій щодо закупівлі (детальніше в Протоколі від 19.07.23 №69)
