Місце постачання програмного забезпечення: електронні ключі активації листом на електрону адресу office@lv.treasury.gov.ua Покупець отримує доступ до порталу https://licensing.microsoft.com, де йому будуть доступні дистрибутиви та ключі до них. Постачальник зобов'язаний надати Доступ до ліцензій протягом 5 робочих днів з моменту укладання даного Договору та надати Акт приймання-передачі Програмної продукції не пізніше 15 числа наступного за розміщенням замовлення місяцем. Оплата Програмної продукції здійснюється протягом 14 (чотирнадцяти) календарних днів з моменту поставки Програмної продукції на підставі Акту приймання-передачі Програмної продукції. Оплата здійснюється відповідно до статті 49 Бюджетного кодексу України.
