Засоби для догляду за малюками

Поставка Товару здійснюється у повній відповідності до заявки Замовника впродовж 5 (п’яти) календарних днів з дати подачі заявки, в повному обсязі, без змін кількості, завчасно узгодивши час поставки з Замовником. Заявки подаються по телефону та/або за … допомогою інтерактивного способу зв’язку (електронна пошта, факс). Поставка може здійснюватися окремими партіями . Поставка Товару здійснюється до 20 липня 2023 року (включно) за заявками Замовника за адресою: м. Київ, вул. Васильківська, 27. Датою поставки Товару є дата передачі Замовнику Товару відповідно до видаткової накладної. Розрахунки за поставлений Товар здійснюють відповідно до частини першої статті 49 Бюджетного кодексу України за фактом поставки. Замовник, при наявності цільових коштів здійснює плату протягом 20-ти робочих днів за фактично отриманий Товар (за кожну окрему партію Товару) після отримання належним чином оформленої видаткової накладної. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування розрахунки здійснюються протягом 10-ти робочих днів з дати отримання Замовником бюджетного призначення на фінансування закупівлі на свій розрахунковий рахунок на зазначені цілі.
