Учасник повинен надати список діючих АЗС, який налічує не менше 10 АЗС у місті Києві (одна з яких за віддаленістю від вул. П. Сагайдачного, 4 не більше 3,15 км. (по проїзній частині), на яких Замовник може отримати паливо. 2. Відпуск палива має … здійснюватися на запропонованих Учасником стаціонарних АЗС по бланкам-дозволам (талонам) цілодобово, включаючи суботу, неділю, святкові та неробочі дні за потребою Замовника. 3. Строк дії бланків-дозволів (талонів) на видачу бензину має становити не менше 3 місяців з дня їх видачі. У разі закінчення строку дії бланків-дозволів (талонів) на видачу бензину, Учасник повинен мати можливість провести їх обмін на інші. 4. Оплата Покупцем здійснюється за фактично поставлене Продавцем Паливо протягом 10 (десяти) банківських днів з моменту підписання Сторонами видаткової накладної на Паливо.
