Термін дії талонів (карток) на пальне не менше 12 місяців з моменту укладення договору. Товар повинен відповідати діючим ДСТУ. Поставка товару протягом 2-ох робочих днів з моменту підписання договору. АЗС повинні бути розташовані на території … м.Могилева-Подільського або за його межами, але на відстані не більше ніж на 3км від його меж, в т.ч. АЗС «Авіас», «WOG», «ОККО», «БРСМ». Розрахунок за товар здійснюється протягом 2-ох банківських днів після підписання сторонами видаткової накладної на поставку товару. Підняття ціни договором не передбачається.
