Електрична енергія, вільні ціни, ОЕС, без обмежень по терміну дії, без розподілу

Клас напруги – 2, ЕІС-коди: 62Z6025197972697, 62Z6329320745379. Закупівля здійснюється в межах обсягів кошторисних призначень та відповідних бюджетних асигнувань на період: липень – серпень 2023 року. Споживач здійснює плату за послугу з … розподілу електричної енергії безпосередньо оператору системи, з яким Споживач має діючий договір споживача про надання послуг з розподілу електричної енергії. Розрахунковим періодом за Договором є календарний місяць. Оплата вартості обсягів споживання електричної енергії за розрахунковий період здійснюється Споживачем шляхом перерахування грошових коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Постачальника протягом 10 (десяти) банківських днів від дня підписання Споживачем Акту купівлі-продажу електричної енергії від Постачальника. На момент укладення Договору ціна буде сформована за результатами запиту цінових пропозицій в електронному каталозі Prozorro Market, з урахуванням регульованих цін на послуги оператора системи передачі відповідно до механізму визначення вартості електричної енергії, наведеному у Додатку до Договору. Переможцю надається проект Договору, розроблений Замовником.
