ІІ. Вимоги до постачання товару, що є предметом закупівлі. 2.1. Умови поставки: Талони. Паливо переходить у власність Покупця окремими партіями за замовленням Покупця. Кількість і вартість кожної партії визначається у видатковій накладній. Замовлення … Покупця оформлюється у письмовій формі і повинно містити відомості про кількість та асортимент кожної окремої партії Товару, дату замовлення, підпис особи, уповноваженої направляти замовлення від імені Покупця. Замовлення може здійснюватись факсимільним зв’язком або електронною поштою. Паливо, що перейшло у власність Покупця, зберігається на АЗС Постачальника до моменту передачі Палива Постачальником Покупцю по Талонам. 2.2. Строк поставки: строк поставки партії Палива - 3 (три) робочі дні з дати отримання замовлення Покупця. 2.3. Мінімальний строк дії Талонів - 90 (дев’яносто) календарних днів дати передачі талонів по видатковій накладній Покупцю. 2.4. Умови оплати: розрахунки за замовлений та відповідно поставлений Товар здійснюються шляхом безготівкового перерахування коштів на поточний рахунок Постачальника впродовж 10 (десяти) банківських днів після підписання Сторонами видаткової накладної та надання Постачальником Покупцеві рахунку-фактури на оплату Товару. 2.5. Місце передачі палива: АЗС Постачальника у м. Києві.
