Авансування не передбачене. Замовник здійснює оплату у розмірі 100% вартості програмної продукції VMware (надалі – ПП), зазначених в договорі, протягом 5 робочих днів з дати підписання акту приймання-передачі ПП, який надається виконавцем замовнику протягом 1 робочого дня після отримання від замовника повідомлення про інсталяцію ПП. Сума розрахунків за програмну продукцію змінюється у випадку зміни (збільшення або зменшення) офіційного курсу гривні до долара США, встановленого Національним банком України на 10 год. 00 хв. дати підписання акту сторонами більш, ніж на 3 % (три відсотки), по відношенню до офіційного курсу гривні до долара США, встановленого Національним банком України на 10 год. 00 хв. дати кінцевого строку подання тендерних пропозицій,
