Нафта і дистиляти

Придбання бензину А-95 буде здійснюватися на умовах його отримання за талонами та/або скретч-картами (номінал – «літри»). Кількість та номінал талонів та/або скретч-карток має становити: - 20 літрів – 105 шт.; - 10 літрів – 102 шт.; - 15 літрів – 7 … шт. Строк дії талонів та/або скретч-карток повинен бути не менше одного року з дня їх отримання Покупцем. Віддаленість найближчої АЗС Продавця від будівлі Державної регуляторної служби України (вул. Арсенальна, 9/11) не повинна перевищувати 5 км. Мережа АЗС Продавця повинна бути розгалужена по всій території України. Передача талонів та/або скретч-карток здійснюється на підставі видаткової накладної протягом 5 днів з дати укладання Договору. Продавець бере на себе зобов’язання по безкоштовному зберіганню на АЗС бензину А-95, що належить Покупцю після оплати придбаних талонів та/або скретч-карток, до повного їх використання Покупцем. Вартість оплаченого бензину А-95, яке знаходиться на зберіганні у Продавця, залишається незмінною до повного його використання Покупцем. Договір укладається в редакції Покупця. Приймаючи участь у цій закупівлі Продавець автоматично погоджується з вищевказаними умовами. З переможцем, який не виконає вищевказані вимоги, договір не укладається.
