Електрична енергія, вільні ціни, ОЕС, без обмежень по терміну дії, без розподілу Дана закупівля товару проводиться відповідно до постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 12.10.2022 № 1178 «Про затвердження особливостей здійснення публічних закупівель … товарів, робіт і послуг для замовників, передбачених Законом України «Про публічні закупівлі», на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану в Україні та протягом 90 днів з дня його припинення або скасування»( із змінами) 1. Обсяг постачання електричної енергії : 320 000 кВт/год 2. Термін постачання: до 31.12.2023 р.. цілодобово 3. Місце постачання: згідно додатку 1 до Договору 4. Учасник процедури закупівлі повинен мати укладений договір із Оператором системи розподілу - ПРАТ «ЗАКАРПАТТЯОБЛЕНЕРГО», що здійснює свою діяльність на території розташування об'єктів для яких здійснюється закупівля електричної енергії 5. До ціни пропозиції учасник не включає послуги з розподілу електричної енергії 6. Учасник здійснює доставку всіх документів ( договір, акти, рахунки тощо) на адресу замовника : Закарпатська область, м. Ужгород, вул. Загорська 61а.
