Закупівля здійснюється відповідно до постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 12 жовтня 2022 року № 1178 «Про затвердження особливостей здійснення публічних закупівель товарів, робіт і послуг для замовників, передбачених Законом України «Про публічні … закупівлі», на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану в Україні та протягом 90 днів з дня його припинення або скасування» (зі змінами) та відповідно до Порядку формування та використання електронного каталогу, затвердженого постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 14 вересня 2020 р. № 822. ДИЗЕЛЬНЕ ПАЛИВО (в талонах) Не менше трьох АЗС на території м. Кропивницький та мережею АЗС по всій території України. УМОВИ ДЛЯ ТАЛОНІВ: талони повинні бути номіналом по 10 та/або 20 літрів. СТРОК ДІЇ ТАЛОНІВ до 31.12.2023 УМОВИ ОПЛАТИ: товар (талони) передається Замовнику на підставі видаткової накладної.
