4.1 .Спосіб розрахунків за поставлені товар - безготівковий. 4.2. Розрахунки за товар проводяться Замовником лише за фактично надані товари на підставі належним чином оформлених документів, при наявності бюджетних призначень на ці цілі з можливістю відстрочки платежу до кінця бюджетного року без нарахування штрафних санкцій. 4.3. Розрахунки проводяться шляхом оплати Замовником протягом 7 банківських днів після пред’явлення Учасником рахунка на оплату товару (далі - Рахунок), або після підписання Сторонами акту приймання - передачі товарів. 4.4. До рахунку додаються: Акт приймання - передачі товарів, або накладна.
