Предмет закупівлі: 09310000-5 Електрична енергія (Електрична енергія) Найменування: Електрична енергія, вільні ціни, ОЕС, без обмежень по терміну дії, без розподілу Технічні вимоги: Електрична енергія, вільні ціни, ОЕС, без обмежень по терміну дії, без … розподілу. Термін постачання по 31 грудня 2023 р. Кількісною характеристикою предмета закупівлі є обсяг споживання електричної енергії. За одиницю виміру кількості електричної енергії приймається кіловат-година, яка дорівнює кількості енергії, спожитої пристроями потужністю в один кіловат протягом однієї години. Обсяг, необхідний для забезпечення діяльності та власних потреб об’єктів замовника, та враховуючи обсяги споживання переднього календарного року, становить 70 000 кВт. год. Місце поставки - визначені Замовником, в т.ч.: м.Вінниця, вул.Євгене Коновальця, 6 (колишня Г.Успенського) - 2 об'єкти, вул.Хмельницьке шосе, 166, вул. Князів Коріатовичів, буд.19 . Оплата здійснюєтьс на підставі видаткових документів Постачальника та здійснюється Споживачем у строк 20 (двадцяти) робочих днів з моменту отримання їх Споживачем. Оплата за спожиту електричну енергію у розрахунковому періоді здійснюється за ціною (тарифом) визначеною договором за результатами закупівлі за 1 кВт*год. Розрахунки Споживача за цим Договором здійснюються на поточний рахунок із спеціальним режимом використання Постачальника. Споживач здійснює плату за послугу з розподілу електричної енергії безпосередньо оператору системи розподілу. Оплата послуг з передачі електричної енергії для Споживача, об’єкти (електроустановки) якого приєднані до мереж ОСР, здійснюється через Постачальника. Оператор, з яким Споживач уклав договір розподілу (передачі) електричної енергії - АТ «Вінницяобленерго».
