Заправка автомобілів буде здійснюватися на розгалуженій мережі АЗС, що розташовані на території Оболонського району м. Києва, за талонами єдиного зразка. Талони повинні бути номіналом 10, 20 літрів зі строком дії не менше 1 (одного) року з моменту їх … отримання Замовником з гарантованим продовженням терміну дії (БЕЗКОШТОВНО) талонів на наступні 6 (шість) місяців, в разі неповного їх використання або зміни їх зовнішньої форми. Товар (Дизельне паливо (Євро 5) у талонах), який пропонується для постачання, повинен відповідати ДСТУ 7688:2015:1. Умови оплати договору: Розрахунки за поставлений Товар здійснюються відповідно до частини першої статті 49 Бюджетного кодексу України за фактом поставки. Покупець сплачує вартість товару за цінами, зазначеними в Специфікації, в національній валюті України шляхом банківського переказу на поточний рахунок Постачальника протягом 15 (п’ятнадцяти) банківських днів з моменту підписання видаткової накладної уповноваженими представниками Сторін. Попередня оплата Товару не передбачається. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування розрахунки здійснюються протягом 5 (п’яти) банківських днів з дати отримання Покупцем бюджетного призначення на фінансування закупівлі на свій розрахунковий рахунок
