Закупівля робилась шляхом запиту ціни пропозиції через PROZORRO MARKET. Це унеможливлює відхилити Учасника, який надав пропозицію, яка не задовольнила Замовника. Під час детального розгляду поданих документів у складі пропозиції Учасника було виявлено, що надана пропозиція не відповідає технічним вимогам до предмету закупівлі поданим у складі тендерної документації, а саме: - Замовником вимагалося Жорсткий диск Transcend StoreJet 25M3S 1TB , а було подано Учасником WD ElementsPortableWDBUZG0010BBK- WESN - Замовником вимагалося Твердотільний накопичувач Kingston A400 SATA SSD 480 ГБ 2.5``, а було подано Учасником НАКОПИЧУВАЧ SSD 2.5 480GB GOODRAM - В тендерній документації не зазначалась інформація про можливість закупівлі еквіваленту.
