Договір буде укладений у відповідності до оприлюдненого Замовником проекта договору. Передача товару здійснюється окремими партіями відповідно заявки замовника (в усній чи письмовій формі) в межах загальної суми договора. Постачальник має право на … дострокову передачу товару, а Замовник на передоплату. Розрахунок за отриманий товар здійснюється окремо по кожній партії товару на підставі виписаного рахунку від постачальника, протягом десяти банківських днів з дня отримання рахунку замовником.
