Природний газ, фіксований тариф на 1 місяць, без розподілу Закупівля здійснюється з урахуванням особливостей, які затверджені Постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 12 жовтня 2022 р. N 1178 " Про затвердження особливостей здійснення публічних … закупівель товарів, робіт і послуг для замовників, передбачених Законом України "Про публічні закупівлі", на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану в Україні та протягом 90 днів з дня його припинення або скасування" (із змінами). Закупівля на період з 01.04.2023 р. - до 30.04.2023 р. (включно). Загальний об’єм постачання газу становить 10000 м. куб. Умови оплати- післяоплата (100%). Оплата за фактично поставлений (спожитий) обсяг природного газу здійснюється протягом 7 (семи) банківських днів від дати підписання уповноваженими особами обох Сторін акту приймання-передачі природного газу. Споживач залишає за собою право на можливість зменшення обсягів закупівлі залежно від реального фінансування, без сплати будь-яких штрафних санкцій чи іншої фінансової компенсації Постачальнику. Закупівля здійснюється для потреб КНП "Більче-Золотецька обласна лікарня реабілітації імені В.Г.Вершигори" ТОР (ЕІС-код 56XS000L3OBD007).
