Характеристики товару: Папір для друку, А4, 80 г/м², клас А, 500 арк., білий ВАЖЛИВО! Товщина аркуша повинна бути призначена для двохстороннього друку, при цьому папір не втрачає форму та не скручується. Предмет закупівлі повинен бути новим, … непошкодженим, не мати дефектів, а також таким, що не був у використанні, а термін та умови його зберігання не порушені. Умови постачання: 1. Строк поставки Товару: до 31.12.2022. 2. Місце поставки товару: товар доставляється однією поставкою в повному обсязі, любим перевізником, за адресою замовника: 10003, Житомирська область м. Житомир, вул. Перемоги, 25. 3. Учасник (постачальник) повинен здійснити доставку Товару за адресою Замовника, виконати завантажувально-розвантажувальні, логістичні та інші необхідні роботи і послуги, що є необхідними і пов’язаними з доставкою Товару. Зазначені витрати включаються у вартість Товару під час подання Пропозиції. Упаковка предметів закупівлі повинна забезпечувати їх захист від зовнішнього впливу та збереженість при транспортуванні. 4. Покупець проводить оплату вартості Товару, поставленого на підставі видаткових накладних і рахунків Постачальника, в строк протягом 5 банківських днів з моменту поставки Товару Покупцю, за умови надходження бюджетного фінансування за відповідними видатками на рахунок Покупця у поточному році. У випадку відсутності на розрахунковому рахунку Покупця бюджетного фінансування, призначеного на оплату Товару, Покупець проводить оплату поставленого Товару протягом 5 банківських днів з дня надходження бюджетного фінансування за відповідними видатками на рахунок Покупця.

Після визначення переможця процедури у замовника була відсутня можливість підписати договір про закупівлю у період, встановлений для укладення договору, у зв’язку з відсутністю підписанта. Також слід зазначити, що у зв’язку із збільшенням видатків на закупівлю паперу (Довідка про зміни до плану асигнувань (за винятком надання кредитів з бюджету) загального фонду на 2023 рік, яка затверджена в.о. голови Держмитслужби від 26.04.2023 №6611) буде розглянуто питання про проведення запиту ціни пропозицій на збільшену очікувану вартість.
