1. Найменування: Молоко ультрапастеризоване з масовою часткою жиру 2,5%. 2. Фасовка Товару:1000 г. 3. Пакування: Tetra Brik, з клапаном або кришкою. Дефекти недопустимі. Товар повинен бути в упаковці, яка відповідає характеру товару і захищає його від … пошкоджень під час доставки. Упаковка має містити всю необхідну інформацію про товар, згідно вимог чинного законодавства. 4. Умови оплати: по факту поставки партії Товару протягом 30 календарних днів. 5.Термін поставки: окремими партіями, згідно заявки, після підписання договору протягом трьох місяців, але не пізніше 31.07.2023р. Поставка не пізніше 5 календарних днів від дати отримання узгодженої сторонами заявки Покупця на відвантаження партії Товару переданої по телефону, електронній пошті або по факсу. 6. Умови поставки (ІНКОТЕРМС - 2020р.): DDP склад вантажоотримувача. 7. Реквізити вантажоотримувача: НГВУ «Бориславнафтогаз» за адресою: Львівська обл., м. Борислав, вул. Ірини Сеник , 19.
