Закупівля здійснюється у відповідності до Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 № 922-VIII, постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 12.10.2022 № 1178 «Про затвердження особливостей здійснення публічних закупівель товарів, робіт і послуг … для замовників, передбачених Законом України «Про публічні закупівлі», на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану в Україні та протягом 90 днів з дня його припинення або скасування»( із змінами). Передача Замовнику товару за кодом ДК 021:2015 – 09130000-9 – Нафта і дистиляти (дизельне паливо, бензин А-92) здійснюється Учасником на АЗС шляхом заправки транспорту Замовника при пред’явленні довіреними особами Замовника талону (скретч-картки). Початок дії талонів (скретч-карток) визначається датою передачі талонів (скретч-карток) Замовнику. Після надання талонів (скретч-карток) ціна за одиницю товару не може бути змінена до закінчення строку дії талонів (скретч-карток). Учасник надає за видатковою накладною Замовнику талони (скретч-картки), по якій здійснюється оплата на безготівковий рахунок Постачальника, протягом 7 робочих днів. Строк дії талонів (скретч-карток) повинен бути не менше 5(п'яти) місяців. Учасник повинен мати (у користуванні або у власності) АЗС з розташуванням у радіусі, не більше 30 км. від с.Ілавче.
