Природний газ, фіксований тариф на 1 місяць, без розподілу

Природний газ, фіксований тариф на 1 місяць, без розподілу. Закупівля проводиться за Постановою КМУ від 12 жовтня 2022 р. № 1178 зі змінами від 17.02.2023 р. Закупівля на період з 01.04.2023 р. - до 30.09.2023 р. (включно). Умови оплати - післяоплата … (100%). Оплата за фактично поставлений (спожитий) обсяг природного газу здійснюється протягом 10 (десяти) банківських днів від дати підписання уповноваженими особами обох Сторін акту приймання-передачі природного газу за відповідний місяць, в залежності від реального фінансування видатків. Зміна істотних умов договору відбуватимуться відповідно до Постанови КМУ №1178 (зі змінами). Зміна ціни за одиницю товару відбуватиметься на підставі звернення постачальника з документом, виданим уповноваженим органом, що відображає підняття ціни у відсотках з дня підписання договору (наприклад експертний висновок з торгово промислової палати).
