під час проведення запиту ціни пропозицій щодо Закупівлі, Учасник підвердив статус Переможця, але потім надав інформацію, що Підприємство ТОВ «ВСТ-ОЙЛ», код ЄДРПОУ: 44882553, що не має можливості укласти договір,оскільки мережа АЗС «VST» розташовано віддалено від адреси підприємства Київська область, смт Велика Димерка, вул.Бобрицька,1. На підставі цього потрібно прийняти рішення про відміну запиту ціни пропозицій щодо Закупівлі. До протоколу додається лист Учасника, та перелік адрес розташування мереж АЗС «VST»
