Пояснення причин:Пунктом 65 Порядку формування та використання електронного каталогу, затвердженого постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 14.09.2020 № 822 (зі змінами) визначено, що замовник може відмінити замовлення/запит ціни пропозицій до укладення договору про закупівлю. 22.03.2023 р. Замовником було розпочато відбір постачальника шляхом запиту ціни пропозицій постачальників через електронний каталог на закупівлю за предметом: ДК 021:2015-09310000-5 - Електрична енергія, номер закупівлі: UA-2023-03-22-011520-a. Станом на прийняття рішення запит ціни пропозиції на етапі пропозиції розглянуті. 05.04.2023 р. Вх. № 428 надійшов лист про відмову від укладення договору від ТОВ «ЕНЕРГЕТИЧНА КОМПАНІЯ «ІНСОЛ» Вих. № 05041 від 05.04.2023 р. (додається). Враховуючи викладене вище та відсутність законодавчої та технічної можливості відхилити пропозицію учасника ТОВ «ЕНЕРГЕТИЧНА КОМПАНІЯ «ІНСОЛ» (код ЄДРПОУ 42834213) необхідно відмінити запит ціни пропозицій № UA-2023-03-22-011520-a
