Закупівля здійснюється з урахуванням особливостей, які затверджені Постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 12 жовтня 2022 р. N 1178 " Про затвердження особливостей здійснення публічних закупівель товарів, робіт і послуг для замовників, передбачених … Законом України "Про публічні закупівлі", на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану в Україні та протягом 90 днів з дня його припинення або скасування" (із змінами). Закупівля на період з 01.04.2023 р. - до 31.05.2023 р. (включно). Загальний об’єм постачання газу становить 2832 м. куб.. Умови оплати- післяоплата (100%). Оплата за фактично поставлений (спожитий) обсяг природного газу здійснюється протягом 7 (семи) робочих днів від дати підписання уповноваженими особами обох Сторін акту приймання-передачі природного газу за відповідний місяць, в залежності від реального фінансування видатків. Вартість газу повинна включати усі витрати у тому числі вартість транспортування природного газу для внутрішніх точок входу і точок виходу в/з газотранспортну(ої) систему(и) (замовлена (договірна) потужність). Деталізований код - 09123000-7 — Природний газ.Місце постачання:обєкти комунальної власності Іванівської сільської ради. Замовник має право розірвати Договір або припинити його в частині поставки природного газу, в тому числі у разі вибору іншого постачальника.
