ТЕХНІЧНЕ ЗАВДАННЯ до предмету закупівлі ДК 021:2015: 09120000-6 — Газове паливо. Газопостачання 1, 2, 4, 5, 8, 9, 14, 16, 18, 26, ДПРЧ та ЗТС Головного управління ДСНС України у м. Києві) Предмети закупівлі: природний газ за ДК 021:2015 код … 09120000-6 «Газове паливо». Загальна очікувана вартість закупівлі становить 454 834 грн. 00 коп. ( чотириста п’ятдесят чотири тисячі вісімсот тридцять чотири гривні 00 копійок) з урахуванням ПДВ. Місце надання послуг та кількість товару: Кількість товару: 18.121 тис. м. куб., за адресами: м. Київ, вул. Рибальська 14/16; м. Київ, вул. Володимирська, 13; м. Київ, вул. Тарасівська, 4; м. Київ, вул. Вереснева, 13/59; м. Київ, проспект Голосіївський, 56; м. Київ, проспект Перемоги, 69/1; м. Київ, вул. Нижньоюрківська, 5; м. Київ, вул. Євгена Сверстюка, 54; м. Київ, вул. Пшенична, 3; м. Київ, проспект Академіка Глушкова, 1; м. Київ, вул. Івана Кудрі, 11. Строк дії договору: Договір діє з 1 квітня по 30 квітня 2023 року. Порядок здійснення оплати: Розрахунок здійснюється відповідно до акту приймання-передачі природного газу до останнього числа місяця, наступного за місяцем, в якому було здійснено постачання газу. У разі відсутності або затримки бюджетного фінансування розрахунки за поставлений товар здійснюються протягом 30 (тридцяти) календарних днів з дати отримання Споживачем бюджетного фінансування на свій реєстраційний рахунок. Сторони при цьому досягли згоди, що відповідальність, передбачена статтею 625 Цивільного кодексу України, не застосовується.
