Постачальник власними силами, засобами та за власний рахунок відповідно до умов даного Договору зобов’язується здійснити поставку Товару протягом строку дії даного Договору, але в жодному разі не пізніше 5 робочих днів з моменту отримання від Замовника … офіційного листа-заявки щодо поставки відповідної партії Товару. Оплата здійснюється Замовником за фактично отриманий належної якості Товар (відповідно у Специфікації (Додаток 1 до цього Договору) шляхом безготівкового переказу коштів на поточний рахунок Постачальника, вказаний у даному Договорі, протягом 15 робочих (банківських) днів, після пред’явлення Постачальником рахунку на оплату.
