Поставка товару здійснюється на підставі договору, остаточна редакція якого складається замовником, транспортним засобом постачальника. Оплата здійснюється на підставі накладної, шляхом безготівкового перерахунку грошових коштів на рахунок постачальника, по факту поставки товару протягом 30 банківських днів з дати отримання товару. У разі затримки фінансування, розрахунок за поставлений товар здійснюється протягом 7 банківських днів з дати отримання замовником бюджетних коштів на свій реєстраційний рахунок. У цій закупівлі всі посилання на конкретні марку чи виробника вживаються у значенні «…. «або еквівалент»
