Найбільш економічно вигідна пропозиція була надано: «Товариство з обмеженою відповідальністю "Вєк Технолоджі"» (5`082`509.00 грн). Учасник даної пропозиції, згідно протоколу розкриття електронної системи, автоматично був визнаний переможцем. Але враховуючі те, що станом на 09:00 24.02.20223 р, а також на дату формування Протоколу (11:00 27.02.2023 р.) - тобто більше ніж встановлені 2 доби, переможець не відгукнувся на замовлення у встановлений термін для укладання договору про закупівлю (та щонайменше не надав проект договору, підписаний з боку переможця), відмінити рішення щодо визначення його переможцем.
