Строк постачання ПММ: з моменту отримання Замовником Паливних карток й протягом дії договору, партіями, на підставі заявки Замовника, але не довше, як до 31.12.2023 року. марка А-95 не може бути замінена маркою А-92 або навпаки, т.як відповідно до чинних стандартів має інший фізико- технічний склад, Замовник при проведенні закупівлі керується принципами здійснення публічних закупівель, зокрема такими, як добросовісна конкуренція серед учасників, максимальна економія та ефективність, недискримінація учасників, об’єктивна та неупереджена оцінка тендерних пропозицій. Товар не повинен бути походжений з Російської Федерації / Республіки Білорусь.
