Електрична енергія, вільні ціни, ОЕС, без обмежень по терміну дії, без розподілу

з 01.03.2023 по 31.12.2023 . Умови оплати: тип оплати – «Пiсляоплата», розрахунковим періодом є календарний місяць. Оплату вартості електричної енергії. Споживач здійснює на підставі належним чином оформленого Акта прийняття - передавання товарної … продукції (далі – Акт) за розрахунковий період, отриманого не пізніше 10 числа місяця, наступного за розрахунковим. Оплата Акта Постачальника за Договором має бути здійснена Споживачем у строк, визначений в Акті, який не може бути меншим 7 (семи) робочих днів з моменту отримання його Споживачем. Уразі затримки бюджетного фінансування, оплата за спожиту електричну енергію здійснюється протягом 7 (семи) робочих днів з моменту отримання Споживачем відповідних коштів на свій реєстраційний рахунок, при цьому штрафні санкції та пеня до Споживача при затримці оплати не застосовуються.
